1. Click on the Account section at the top right of the website and click on Sign In.

2. A pop-up box will ask you if you would like to create an account.

3. Fill out the form with the necessary information.

4. Click on the Create Account button when you have finished.

5. Soon after check your email for a confirmation that you have created an account.

Simply Click Here and then hit the forgot password link for a temporary password to be emailed to you. Check the email that is linked with your Uptown American account.

In order to change your account password, follow these steps:

1. Sign In to your Uptown American account.

2. Select My Account at the top of the website.

3. On the left side of the website, there is a section that reads Account Info.

4. Select Edit Information to edit your account information. Select the Change Password button at the bottom left of the pop-up window.

5. Fill in the necessary fields and click Update.

In order to change any of your Uptown American account information, such as your name, email address, or telephone number, follow these steps:

1. Sign In to your Uptown American account.

2. Select My Account at the top of the website.

3. On the left side of the website, there is a section that reads Account Info.

4. Select Edit Information.

5. Edit any of the necessary fields and Update.

If you are receiving a sign in error message it is most likely due to a mistype in either your email address or password. Feel free to contact us through email at love@uptownamerican.com , and we will be able to search for your account using other information to solve your problem. Make sure to correctly type your password as passwords are case sensitive. If a forgotten password is your issue, select the Forgot Password link in the Sign In box and Uptown American will send you a new password. You are able to change this password at any time under the Edit section of your Account Info under the Uptown American feature of your account.
