    Free International Standard Ground Shipping

    ON ORDERS OVER $150

    Because of the extra amount of care, time, and effort that is involved in the packing/shipping of international orders we do not accept coupons for international orders.

    When can I expect my order to be shipped?

    Orders placed with Economy and Standard shipping forms are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

    Orders that are placed with Express Shipping prior to 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped same day. Understand that the day your order is packed and shipped does not count as a day in transit. We do not process or ship during the weekends or holidays therefore take into consideration for non-business days when picking your shipping option. An email will be sent to you containing tracking information once your order has gone out for shipping.

    What is the charge for shipping my package?

    If your order subtotal is over $150.00, then you will receive Free Standard Ground Shipping! You are solely responsible for all tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials. Orders may be subject to extra shipping fees due to weight or size restrictions. Free international shipping is not valid in the US, U.S. based territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    Is Expedited Shipping available?

    Expedited shipping is available through phone, and an exact quote for shipping will be provided toll-free at 1-888-790-0007. Before calling have the style names and shipping address available. Additionally, very large orders may be subject to extra shipping fees due to weight or size restrictions. If your order requires extra fees, one of our representatives will contact you in order to approve the extra fees.

    How am I able to track my order online?

    When your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service). Visit USPS.com for tracking information (if applicable). To track your package, enter your tracking number at USPS.com.

    Will there be taxes and duties due once I receive my packaged order?

    Yes. Uptown American does not control taxes or duties placed on your package by your respective government. Taxes and duties most likely will be placed on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your order by officials, the fees will be solely your responsibility. If a coupon was used on your order, taxes and duties will be charged based on the original price. Uptown American is legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

    What if a package is refused or undeliverable?

    If for some reason your package can’t be delivered, is left unclaimed, or is refused, you are solely responsible for the original and return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees that are placed on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    Will I be charged extra for shipping any backordered items?

    You will only be charged shipping and handling one time, unless your overall total is $150 or more. There will be no extra shipping fees for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are shipped using Economy shipping.
